With breathtaking views of the Colorado foothills and Denver skyline, elegant indoor spaces, customized catering, and attentive service, The Manor House offers a thoughtful alternative to traditional memorial venues. Our team is here to help you create a personalized gathering that honors your loved one and gives family and friends space to connect, remember, and celebrate together.
TIMELINE
We’ve provided a recommended timeline below, but we’re happy to customize the flow of the event to reflect your preferences. Rental times are flexible based on venue availability and your needs, though we typically recommend a three- to four-hour morning or afternoon time slot.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Upon arrival and before the service, guests can enjoy water, coffee, lemonade, and iced tea, conveniently stationed throughout the mansion. If you wish, we can also offer passed champagne, wine, or a favorite cocktail.
Our team will warmly welcome guests at the door, assist with coats, and guide everyone to the Ballroom when it’s time to be seated for the service.
Following the service, we invite guests to return to the historic mansion for a reception with food and time to connect. We recommend one of our Cocktail Party Menu packages, featuring a selection of stationed and passed hors d’oeuvres and light bites. Full bar service begins at this time, and we’re happy to tray-pass beverages from the bar as needed.
We typically recommend a two-hour reception, but we’re happy to discuss additional time if you’d like to extend the gathering.
