There’s something unforgettable about a late-November wedding, when the light turns golden early, the air carries a crisp calm, and every detail feels wrapped in warmth.
On November 22, we had the joy of bringing this beautiful celebration to life for Shelby and Pete. From heartfelt getting-ready moments to a breathtaking ballroom transformation, every part of the day reflected the couple’s style: timeless, intentional, and overflowing with joy.
This post brings you behind the scenes of their wedding at The Manor House!
The morning began slow and sweet, filled with soft laughter, steaming cups of coffee, lunch service, and those quiet little moments that set the tone for the entire day.
The bridal suite glowed with natural light as final touches were applied. There’s a magic to the getting-ready hours: the anticipation, the calm, a dress waiting to be worn. This couple embraced every second, savoring the stillness before the celebration ahead.
The ceremony unfolded with warmth and intention. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, the couple exchanged vows in a setting that felt both elegant and deeply personal. Soft seasonal tones, thoughtful floral accents, and an aisle lined with subtle details created an atmosphere that was beautiful without trying too hard.
Their first look was one of those moments that reminds you why we love weddings, beautifully captured by Lauren Pippin and her team.
On the front lawn of the mansion, they saw each other for the first time, eyes widening, shoulders relaxing, smiles that you couldn’t script if you tried. It was tender and grounding, a breath of fresh air before the ceremony, giving them the space to connect and revel in the fact that today was finally here.
It set the tone for the rest of the day: intimate, joyful, and incredibly sincere.
Our team handled all bar and food service, day-of coordination, and timeline transitions, so the couple could stay completely in the moment and what makes The Manor House stand out.
When guests entered the ballroom, they stepped into a disco ball and deep red floral wonderland of elegance crafted completely by Provision Floral. The room glowed with candlelight, warm textures, and a palette that felt perfectly suited for late fall, rich, cozy, and upscale.
Tables were set with intentional detail, from layered linens to lush centerpieces, and the lighting created a soft, romantic ambiance that carried through the evening. Every element worked together to make the reception feel immersive and inviting, the kind of space where guests immediately settle in and know it’s going to be an unforgettable night on the dance floor.
Once the formalities were complete, the celebration truly came alive. TH Entertainment (Mark) set the stage for what would become one of the liveliest parties we’ve had the pleasure of hosting
The dance floor filled instantly—hands in the air, shoes kicked off, laughter echoing across the room. And the standout moment: a champagne sabering that lit up the reception with cheers and excitement.
It was bold, unexpected, and entirely on-brand for this lively couple. From that moment forward, the party never slowed. The night became a whirlwind of movement, music, and pure, unfiltered joy.
